5-layer PE Tube
From raw material input through inspection and packaging
- Raw Material Preparation & MixingPrepare and mix the raw materials and required additives.
- 5-layer Co-extrusionHeat and melt the materials, then extrude them through a die.
- PrintingMounting and pretreatment → printing → coating and drying → collection
- Neck Injection MoldingSleeve insertion → head forming → trimming → removal
- Stamping · Lid SealingFinish the tube and apply the seal.
- Cap Injection · CappingInjection-mold the cap and attach it to the tube.
- Inspection · PackagingInspect the finished product and package it.
